Founded in 1947, Brabazon Title Team Group, LLC, together with its predecessor companies—Modern Abstract & Title, Inc., Dongarra Title, Inc., and The Title Team, L.P.—has been serving Rock County and surrounding areas in the title insurance industry for over 78 years.

In March 2015, Chad G. Black purchased The Title Team, LP, and in March 2018, Brabazon Title Co., Inc. On January 1, 2019, he merged the two companies to form BRABAZON|Title Team Group, LLC. Mr. Black also owns Title Underwriters of Rockford, Inc., founded in 1983 by his father, David L. Black, where Chad worked for 20 years. In September 2012, he bought the business.

BRABAZON|Title Team Group, LLC has two offices in Southern Wisconsin, located in Beloit and Janesville. Title Underwriters Agency of Rockford, Inc., operates four offices in northern Illinois, situated in Belvidere, Roscoe, and two in Rockford. As members of the Fidelity National Title Insurance Company family of title insurers and First American Title Insurance Company, we stay continually informed about the latest developments in our industry.

BRABAZON|Title Team Group, LLC is a member of the Wisconsin Land Title Association (WLTA) and the American Land Title Association (ALTA). Additionally, we belong to the Rock-Green Realtors Association, the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA), the South-Central Wisconsin Builders Association (SCWBA), the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA), Forward Janesville, and the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce.
